The staff's warmth contrasted the slight disappointment of a less-than-immaculate bathroom, attributing it to festive rush, not lacking cleanliness intent. Ms. Ceilla's kind greetings set a hospitable tone, ensuring seamless facility navigation.The SPA's invigorating sauna and Turkish steam room were a sublime pleasure, facilitating deep relaxation. The heated outdoor pool overlooked by verdant gardens provided a peaceful oasis, ideal for unwinding. Amidst the spacious apartment, the efficient air conditioning and pristine amenities offered a comfortable respite.Breakfast at a nearby bakery was a delightful start, attentively served by the accommodating staff. The convenient location further enhanced my escapade, granting easy access to the aquatic delights of the aqua park. In essence, despite minor hiccups, Prime Hotel Águas da Serra remains a tranquil haven for a restorative getaway.
